Dr. M. Yogambal is an accomplished Associate Professor of Pathology, Gynaecologic and Oncopathologist, and a dedicated medical educator with extensive experience in academic pathology and competency-based medical education. She is currently affiliated with Government Stanley Medical College and RSRM Lying-in Hospital, Chennai, and has contributed significantly to both undergraduate and postgraduate medical training across several Government Medical Colleges in Tamil Nadu.
She holds an MBBS, MD (Pathology), DNB (Pathology), and M.Med in Family Medicine, along with additional certifications in cervical cytology, immunohistochemistry, and clinical pathology. Her core academic interests include histopathology, cytology, gynaecologic pathology, oncopathology, and innovative approaches to medical education.
Dr. Yogambal is an accomplished academician with multiple national and international publications, conference presentations, and invited Continuing Medical Education (CME) lectures to her credit. She has been recognized with several prestigious honors, including the Best Doctor Award and Best Paper Award in Medical Education, reflecting her commitment to excellence in patient care, teaching, and research.
In addition to her academic and clinical contributions, she has actively participated in the development of academic textbooks and postgraduate preparatory resources, contributing to the advancement of medical education and training.
